Today's outfit inspiration can be credited to one of my favorite bloggers, Jean from Extra Petite. She's wearing the same Sloan pants from Banana Republic and they're amazing (and come in petites). If you haven't tried these I highly recommend them!  Bonus...everything is 40% off until tomorrow!
